My family had wanted for years to turn our mostly unfinished basement into a living area with space for entertaining, a bath/shower, and a laundry room. We also had an upstairs bath that needed updates and a plumbing overhaul. We contacted four different contractors and met with three of them. Matt/Redbird was clearly the top choice. Matt’s a great person to work with and has plenty of experience with remodeling and building. He listened to us at every stage of the process and kept the lines of communication open throughout. He put together plans for both projects that delivered everything we wanted plus some things we didn’t know we needed. He also worked with us to identify good suppliers for the materials. We did have to find a different supplier for vanity cabinets after the first one didn’t work out, but Matt made sure we had options, and it didn’t delay the project. Plus, we didn’t end up blowing our budget either. Matt was on site himself most days, and he’s got a really nice crew of guys who are professional and respectful. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. We HIGHLY recommend Matt and Redbird.

We had our garage converted into a rec-room. Red Bird drew up different plan options that were very detailed including pictures. The communication and follow up were both great.
